We promise you that:
- we will be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and at all times we will have a decision-maker available to respond to your clients’ needs
- we will call you back within 15 minutes, should you leave a message at Broker Sales, Policy Services and Claims
- you will be heard by a caring and professional broker consultant
- we will guarantee your clients a fixed premium for a year
- we guarantee your confidentiality
- we will provide product training for your new staff members
- we will use state-of-the-art underwriting methodology, technology and systems to ensure the correct premium calculation per client
- we will not hold you responsible for the adverse performance of the loss ratio on your portfolio of clients
- we will communicate all relevant and available information with regards to your portfolio, based on your selected criteria to you
- we will have accurate portfolio information and management information available on our website
- we will keep your best interests at heart with respect to the servicing of your clients.
You have the right to request a R250 penalty payment whenever you believe that we have failed to meet any of the promises in this Service Charter.
